2. Cancellation and Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.

During this period, you’re welcome to:

  • Attend our regular classes
  • Experience our teaching style
  • Explore the learning resources

If you feel that the course isn’t the right fit for you, you can request a refund within these 7 days — no questions asked.

Refunds will be issued after deducting nominal processing fees, which may include payment gateway charges, onboarding fees, and administrative costs.

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 30 days.


3. After the 7-Day Period

After the initial 7-day window, refunds are not applicable, as our team would have already begun formalities such as:

  • Student onboarding
  • Learning portal access setup
  • Batch and faculty allocations
  • Course scheduling and resource distribution

This helps us maintain a smooth learning experience for all enrolled participants.

In rare or exceptional cases (for instance, if a course is cancelled by edSlash), refunds may be considered at our discretion.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Customized or one-on-one training programs
  • Courses purchased during discounts, offers, or special promotions
  • Programs that have already been bundled with other services
